Hamadi brings 23 years of industry experience, 14 of which he spent as a chief financial officer at regional community banks. He was most recently CFO at NewBridge Bank and previously for Pulaski Bank. His expertise ranges from cost management, business development and accretive acquisitions to financial modeling and capital planning.

Based in Danville, Virginia, Hamadi will lead the bank's major strategic initiatives.
